In fulfillment of government’s promise to attract investors to the state, Governor Udom Emmanuel is set to perform the foundation stone laying ceremony for the construction of DAAR communication / AIT – Ray Power in Abak Local Government Area tomorrow, 18th August, 2015 by noon.
The Honourable Commissioner of Information and Communications, Deacon Aniekan Umanah gave the hint while leading the Honourable Commissioner for Works Mr. Ephraim Akparawa Inyang and other top state government officials to inspect the site of the former station of AKBC Radio Station, Abak now site of DAAR Communications in the state.
The Information Commissioner stated that the presence of DAAR Communications was heart warming and will boost possible synergy and development in the state.
Already the state Commissioner of works, Mr. Ephraim Inyang has directed Hensek Construction Company to clear the site for the foundation stone laying ceremony by His Excellency, Governor Emmanuel.
The Works Commissioner has appealed to all those farming within the premises of the former AKBC Radio Station at Abak and the youths of Midim in Abak Local Government Area to cooperate with the contractor for the success of the event.
